Delivering professional equipment is not the same as delivering a parcel
A combi oven, a refrigerated cabinet or a slicer cannot be handled like a standard package. The weight, volume, value and fragility of this equipment call for dedicated logistics, specialised carriers and genuine coordination with your establishment.
That is why Toque360 does not apply a single lead time displayed at random. Every order is handled individually, with a named dispatch confirmation and an appointment booking whenever the nature of the equipment requires it. You know what is shipping, when it is shipping, and through which channel it will arrive.
Two availability regimes, two delivery approaches
Every product in the Toque360 catalogue is available at its storage location. This information is updated automatically, on a daily or at least weekly basis, depending on the type of product. Toque360 nevertheless applies two different processes for shipping orders.
Products without installation by an approved technician
The order is handled by our teams as soon as it is validated, without waiting for upstream supply or confirmation from our approved installer. Preparation, inspection and packaging are carried out on a continuous basis, Monday to Friday. Dispatch takes place at the earliest opportunity, according to collection rounds and the delivery method suited to the size of the equipment. You receive a dispatch confirmation together with tracking details as soon as the goods are handed over to the carrier.
This is the shortest regime in our catalogue. It covers the bulk of fast-moving equipment: small equipment, professional utensils, technical consumables, wear parts and a significant share of laboratory and production appliances.
The average delivery time for this type of product is 2 to 3 working days.
Products requiring installation by a professional from our network
These are generally items with high technical value, specific configurations, particular finishes or dimensions, or subject to a manufacturer requirement in order to activate the product warranty. The process is as follows:
- Registration and qualification: your order is technically validated in our system.
- The order is forwarded immediately and automatically, either to the approved installer you selected when placing your order, or to our installer closest to the delivery location.
- Within hours of your order (generally between 9am and 5pm), the professional in charge of the installation will call you to arrange a pre-visit appointment. This appointment is used to confirm accessibility and the compliance of technical installations (water, electricity, gas, standards, etc.). Where necessary, they will be able to advise you or flag any concerns regarding the products selected in your order. At this stage, with Toque360, adjustments remain possible.
- If the pre-visit is approved by the member of our network, dispatch of the product or products will be confirmed for delivery to the installer.
- Once the product or products have been received, the technician will contact you again to agree on a date for delivery, installation, commissioning and demonstration (if required).
The average delivery time for this type of product is 3 to 6 working days after the pre-visit has been approved.
