The website www.toque360.com (hereinafter "the Site") is published by EuroChef, as part of its online sales activity of professional kitchen equipment for professionals in the HoReCa sector (cafés, hotels, restaurants). In accordance with the provisions of articles 6-III and 19 of French Law no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy, users of the Site are hereby informed of the identity of the various parties involved in its creation and maintenance.

The Toque360 platform is the B2B e-commerce site of the EuroChef group, dedicated to HoReCa professionals.

All the elements making up the Site, namely in particular the texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, videos, structures, databases and software, as well as the trade name "Toque360" and its logotype, are the exclusive property of EuroChef or of its partners, and are protected as such by the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code as well as by the international conventions applicable in this area.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, of these elements, by whatever means, is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorisation of EuroChef, except for elements expressly designated as royalty-free or within the limits of personal and private use.

Any unauthorised exploitation of the Site or of any of the elements it contains may constitute an infringement and may render the offender liable under civil and criminal law, in accordance with articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

5. Personal data

The information collected on the Site is subject to computerised processing intended for the management of orders, the commercial relationship and the Toque360 loyalty programme. This processing is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and French Law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended, on information technology, data files and civil liberties.

8. Applicable law and disputes

These legal notices are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute and failing an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction, subject to the applicable rules of procedure and, where applicable, to referral to a consumer mediator under the conditions provided for by the Site's General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
